Global Implementation

Champion Enterprises (1.2B revenue) was positioning itself for the leveraging of 28 global facilities through an aggressive growth strategy.  To best align the company, the selection of MS Dynamics NAV was decided on and an implementation partner was determined.  Originally, the project fell to the largest US MS reseller, however after months of obstacles Champion began looking for a more nimble and solution focused company to deliver their complex solution.  With various business lines, complex implementation and customization requirements, and a global scale – Champion began vetting integration partners for the enterprise project.

UGT was selected and became the cornerstone for the successful implementation of the largest (at that time) Dynamics NAV implementation ever done.  Our program management staff coupled with a regional project deployment methodology allowed for the project to move forward, forecasting and avoiding substantal pitfalls that had caused previous delays, and brought the project in under budget and on time.
