Application Strategy

UGT was engaged by Scott Technologies (Tyco Division) for the system and application evaluation of their current warranty system that was causing risk management issues for their expanding business.  The objective was to review, evaluate, select and implement an appropriate application or build a custom application that would meet the growing requirements of an expanding business unit with very unique business concerns.
