If you go through the day like the most of us, you are well spent by the time the “day” is over. With an ever increasing need to do more with less, people are lagging behind not due to lack of effort but lack motivation, energy, and the ability to see the impact of their work. Productivity is getting worse, and for the most part companies have come to accept that as being the norm. UGT strives to hire and continues to review with management the performance of our employees to ensure that is not normal. Simply put, it is not acceptable.

With our reviews, our employees continue to excel at the work. Feedback from clients range from above average to simply OUTSTANDING. One client raved for nearly 15 minutes on how this one professional staff member was so much better than what they expected, the services contract was to be extended for 2 yrs simply on this woman’s performance alone. UGT does not take this feedback lightly nor should it ever go overlooked. Reviews and positive feedback are expected at UGT, but one employee over the past 9 months has received three (3) non requested feedback sessions from his management or internal client team telling us how wonderful his work ethic has been and how great it is that he is on their team.

Willie Smith, an application developer for UGT, assigned to SRS in Aiken SC has been a strong representative of the work ethic and employee that UGT looks to hire. His ability to work within his team, handle complex application projects, and deliver superior quality recently resulted in UGT CEO Elizabeth Bernstein to receive the following comments:

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for Willie Smith’s hard work here at SRNS. Willie just completed a massive tag application that supports our entire site. The project was completed on time and with virtually no issues following roll-out . Willie continues to be an asset to our SRNS Performance Management group.

I am not IT, I am an Operations Support Specialist for SRNS. I manage many web applications for the SRNS site. I rely on many IT programmers to deliver applications to customers across our site. Since Willie’s arrival to SRNS over a year ago, Willie has and continues to produce high quality work, Willie’s working relationship with me and his co-workers is excellent.

We are lucky to have Willie on our team.

This is the third time we have received unsolicited positive responses relative to Willie’s performance in the past 9 months. His level of effort, ethics, and performance have earned him a strong reputation at UGT and his client – SRNS. We wanted to thank Willie for his continued performance and UGT is lucky to have him on our team!

Thank you,

Jason Monastra

Chief Operations Officer
