So how do we set Culture across so many different environments….simply put, there are intrinsic values across environments that make certain cultures favorable for technology and engineering employees. Our culture is led through a progressive leadership structure. We are flat company with an open minded policy towards new ideas, innovation and solutions development. To keep the best and brightest talent, companies are constantly at war to bring them on board and more importantly keep them there. This is not easily done, however with UGT’s development in orginizational optimization, measurement systems, building of effective teams, and process improvement – CULTURE has become an evolution. It adapts and changes as the company grows and expands but with a simplicity that allows all people to succeed and grow with UGT at their own pace.
